- Pick-up for Tatamagouche will be the Tatamagouche Farmers Market on Saturdays from 8 to 12 – you don’t have to be an early bird to secure your share of produce.

After 10 years of vegetable production in Tatamagouche we are confident to predict the following preliminary list of available vegetables through out the 2010 growing season:
- April / May: a diversity of leaf vegetables like spinach, salad greens, Asian greens for stir fry, beets greens – great Vitamin C boost
- June: first baby carrots and baby beets possible, mmmmh
- July: beans, beans, beans, sugar peas, broccoli, summer squash and maybe first Cherry tomatoes by the end of the month - candy from the greenhouse
- August / September: abundance of everything
- October / November: great salad greens, spinach, and winter squash. Our new crop of certified organic venison has arrived
